Apple packing

The TA10 bag filling unit is an optimal add-on to your EW20 Apple Weighing Line (Link). The TA10 fills the weighed apples into off-the-roll PE bags. All general information as well as your logo and company name have already been printed on the bags. The roll unwinds automatically and the printer on the machine provides the bags with the indication of apple variety and the EAN code etc. Afterwards the bags are filled very gently by using a purpose-built pneumatic device which raises the empty bag and gradually lowers it during the filling process without bruising even the most sensitive fruit. Finally the bag is separated from the roll and closed either by sealing or by using a twist device.

By using the new variable bag separation a slight modification enables the use of different bag sizes. The switch panel can be set up in different ways in accordance with your requirements.
