Our Single Fruit Weighing Line EW20 has been proving itself
in action to our customers for more than 20 years. In doing so the technical
progress did not lose track of our state of the art machinery, but has been
updated and optimized constantly in all areas – mechanics, electrics and
control.
The EW20 Weighing Line weighs fruits like apples, pears,
peaches, kiwis and similar fruits with a really high weighing accuracy. The
machine can be used universally as it is suitable for the weighing and
packing of nearly any kind of similar fruit. It is even applicable to very
sensitive goods as in developing this machine a great importance has been
attached to a very gentle fruit processing.
Our experience, which lasts for decades, reflects in all
well thought-out details of the different components of the EW20 machine.
The broadened feeding belt of the line allows a constant loading of all
lines. The product will be singularized very gently into the cups by the use
of a newly developed special brush.
Steady mechanical developments have turned the EW20 into an
easy to install, very long-lasting, low-maintenance and low-wearing machine.
The EW20 Weighing Line can be combined easily with various
discharging devices and
closing & sealing units in order to obtain
a fully-automatic packing line.
