Bulk Bin Discharging Device
The Bulk Bin Emptying Device GKE transports the fruits
gently and automatically from the boxes into the following processing line,
e. g. our EW20 Weighing Line.
Composition of the Machine:
1. discharging station for bulk bins
2. brush
3. manual sorting belt/transfer to feeding belt
Functional description:
The box is lifted into the discharging station pos. 1 by a
forklift and turned against a strong cloth keeping the apples inside the
box. The cloth is pulled upwards slowly so that a small amount of apples is
discharged gently out of the box over a special brush pos. 2. The apples are
automatically transferred over a manual sorting belt pos. 3 to the following
processing line.
Water Discharging Unit – The Double Effect
Our Water Discharging Unit for bulk bins empties the fruits
particularly gently out of the boxes and feeds them into the following
processing line, e. g. our Single Fruit Weighing Line EW20 (LINK). At the
same time the apples are cleansed of dirt, and leaves as well as particles
are filtered out before further processing.
Composition of the Machine
1. water tank for bulk bins
2. storage reservoir for apples (2 tanks)
3. draining tank
4. water reservoir + filter
5. dripping lane for discharged bulk bins (above 2)
6. sponge dryer
Functional description:
The bulk bins are placed into a lifting and lowering
station with the aid of a forklift and there lowered into the water tank
pos. 1 and fastened under water. The apples are washed up to the water
surface and transported to the weighing line via water flow. As soon as the
last apple passes the light barrier, the bulk bins are lifted up and
transported onto the dripping lane pos. 5. While the discharged apples pass
the apple storage reservoir pos. 2 and the draining tank pos. 3, leaves and
particles are filtered out of the water pos. 4. A following sponge dryer
pos. 6 cleanses and dries the apples so they can be transferred to the
following processing machine.
