The intelligent, digitized weighing system allows you to
assort packages between 500 g and 3.000 g according to your requirements
with only a light surplus. The product is weighed in a throughput system
while lying in the cups and afterwards combined to optimal arrangements by a
predefined weight.
Our automatic weighing system for leek or similar fruits
and vegetables combines a unique accuracy of weight at combining the weights
with a very high performance. Our machine runs up to 45 packages per minute
even with a packaging size of 1000 g.

In order to obtain a complete processing line for your leek
it is of course possible to easily combine our weighing machine with various
packing devices. Our machine is even compatible with packing lines of other
manufactures, such as e. g. Flow Pack or stretch film machines. We enable
our customers to use one machine only, our POW-Series Leek Weighing Lines,
for nearly every kind of leek processing.

The product is adjusted variably, hold to the position by a holding-down
device and cut by a special knife on the leaf side of the leek. |

The weighed leek packages are transported from the cross belts into
the insert-placing robots. The upright cardboard trays are
transferred from the magazine. Finally, the leek is placed into the
trays by opening the flap. |
