Discharging device for ice water in asparagus boxes
Discharging of the water by turning the box over onto a
perforated sheet. The water is collected in a basin with drain.
Floating basin
Facilitates the removal of the spears from the boxes. Will
be constructed according to the measurements of your boxes.
Sensor
To optimize the cup-fill by adapting the speed of the
feeding and washer belt to the asparagus diameters.
Additional camera for green asparagus
A second camera in the video tower, solely for the head
recognition of green asparagus.
Additional cutting stations on the line
To shorten the spears to further lengths, mostly used for
green asparagus tips.
Open doors
Our grading software calculates the weight of the asparagus
by its volume. The chutes are each equipped with a flap – „open door“ - that
will open as soon as the predefined weight has been reached and transport
the package into the collecting cup underneath. Thus it is possible to start
assembling the next package of sorted asparagus above the flap, even if the
collecting cup has not been emptied yet.

Facilitates the flow of goods: Transports full asparagus
boxes directly into your warehouse or to the following processing station.
Conveyor belts for boxes
An automated solution to transport the filled asparagus
boxes.
Conveyor belts for waste cuts
To collect the waste cuts from your precutting and main cutting unit or
even from the additional knives on the line.
Indicator lights for the calculated weight
Our grading software calculates the weight of the asparagus
by its volume. Each collecting cup is equipped with a lamp that will light
up as soon as the predefined weight is reached.
Scanner
Before placing the asparagus onto the feeding belt, the
barcode on the corresponding box is scanned, giving information about e. g.
the harvest worker and harvest field. These data can later be statistically
evaluated.
Stop light control
Three bicoloured signal lamps will light up as soon as the
capacity of the machine decreases under a predefined value.
