Our Asparagus Banderoling Machine is an optimal addition to
our packaging system consisting of our
Asparagus Weighing Line and our
Bunching Line if you sell your asparagus packages wrapped in a paper
banderole.
Our Asparagus Banderoling Machine attaches the paper
banderole automatically to the asparagus packages with no further labour.
Your workers don't take the asparagus packages from the removal belt of the
Bunching Line, but from the removal belt of the Banderoling Machine and
place them directly in boxes.
With this machine you will achieve a great savings
potential due to the elimination of 10 – 20 workers as well as the
considerably favourable continuous form paper instead of the T-shaped,
punched special sheet of paper for the manual packaging.

Working with the machine
In order to use the Asparagus Banderoling Machine it is
necessary to install our Bunching Line.
The bunched asparagus packages are removed automatically from the removal
belt of the Bunching Line through the removal carousel system (pos. 3.1.)
and banderoled with the preprinted (pos. 3.2.) continuous paper (pos. 3.3.).
The paper is closed with glue (pos. 3.4.) on the side and the bottom side.
Afterwards the asparagus packages are ready to be removed from the removal
belt and to be packed in boxes.
