Our Rubber Band Buncher automatically bunches packages of
asparagus and similar products by means of a rubber band on the upper and
lower end of each bundle.
The rubber band buncher has been constructed first of all
for white and green asparagus and is often used as a supplementation to our
asparagus weighing or sorting lines.

Composition of the machine
1. insertion section with gabs
2. bunching heads
3. removal belt
The weighed package units are placed in the gabs of the
buncher infeed and transported to the bunching heads. They bunch every
single package by applying a rubber band from a continuous tube to the lower
and upper end. The packages are now ready for sale or for further
processing and can be removed from the line.
