Our Bunching Line bundles package units by means of elastic
twine. The Bunching Line is used as an addition to our
Asparagus Weighing Line SVA17 and
consists of 2 or even 3 knotting heads for bunching the packages.
Composition of the machine
2.1. infeed belt with cups
2.2. + 2.4. knotting heads
2.3. removal belt
Working with the machine
The weighed asparagus packages are placed in the
continuously moving cups of the infeed belt (pos. 2.1.) and transported to
the knotting heads (pos. 2.2.) which bundle the packages by means of an
elastic twine on the upper and lower part of each bundle. Afterwards the
bundled packages can be taken from the removal belt (pos. 2.3.) and
transferred to the next step of treatment. For accurate package weights we
