Working with the machine
Asparagus from one class is spread on the feeding belt (pos. 1.1.) of the
Weighing Line SVA17 and transferred to the weighing unit (pos. 1.2.). It is
advantageous to have more than one asparagus spear per sorting cup. The
weighing cell of the weighing unit determines the weight of each cup (pos.
1.3.). Afterwards the content of each cup is assembled to optimal packages
which are ejected to one of the cross belts (pos. 1.4.) and transported into
the collecting cups (pos. 1.5.). Undefined asparagus spears are returned
over the overflow belt (pos. 1.7.) and returning belt (pos. 1.6.) to the
feeding belt (pos. 1.1.).
