The bunching line can be used as a freestanding solution or in addition to our sorting and weighing lines.

The optional, automatic placement system, which transfers the weighed units to the bunching line’s infeed, is a global innovation.

The bunch units are placed directly into the product trays of the bunching line’s infeed section and are then transported into the bunching unit. Two or three automatic bunchers that fasten elastic bands around the bunch are located here.
The bunched units can then be removed from the removal belt and further processed if necessary.
